These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User") and psy777 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the psy777 platform, including account registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals and the use of all related services.

By registering an account, making a deposit or using any part of the psy777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms stated, you are not permitted to use this platform.

To use psy777's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Not a Representative: You are registering on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of another party.

psy777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

psy777 provides a range of secure payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 for all available payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM100 for all available payment methods.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method and review period.
• Accepted Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) except for cryptocurrency transactions.

Every withdrawal request will go through an internal review process to ensure compliance with bonus terms and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. psy777 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests suspected of involving fraud or a breach of terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to you. The use of a third party's payment method without written authorisation is prohibited and may result in account suspension and funds being held while an investigation is carried out.

psy777 offers a range of promotions and bonuses to its members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and must be fully met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

200% Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 200% first deposit bonus of up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200 with a total balance of RM300; the wagering requirement is RM200 × 20 = RM4,000.

• A bonus may only be claimed once per registered account.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — check the specific terms of each promotion.
• psy777 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is any misuse or breach of promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another user or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

The psy777 VIP Programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — with weekly cashback rates of up to 0.3%, 0.7% and 1.0% respectively. Eligibility for tier upgrades is based on member activity and loyalty. All cashback is subject to current terms and policies.

All psy777 members are required to use the platform in a responsible and ethical manner. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using automated software, bots or any tool that assists in making wagering decisions automatically.
• Sharing or selling your account to another individual.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation or collusion with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting loopholes in the rules to gain an unfair advantage.
• Disrupting or interfering with the platform's technical operations.

• Processing financial transactions securely.

psy777 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account without prior notice where there is sufficient reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any term in this Agreement.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• At the member's own request to close the account.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid remaining funds (not subject to a hold due to an investigation) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures within the stipulated timeframe.

In cases of suspension due to a breach of terms, psy777 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. psy777's decision regarding account closure is final.

The psy777 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the service runs smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors or unexpected downtime.

psy777 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by members.
• Internet connection interruptions or technical issues on the member's end.
• Unauthorised access resulting from a member's negligence in keeping their password confidential.
• Indirect damage or losses arising from use of the platform.

psy777's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Should any dispute arise between a member and psy777, the following procedure must be followed in stages:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute to our 24/7 customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected] with full details and relevant evidence.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: Our team will investigate each complaint fairly and transparently. We will work to resolve the dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
• Step 3 — Final Resolution: The decision made by psy777 management following a thorough investigation is final and binding.

psy777 reserves the right to change, add to or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated to members via:

• An in-platform notice upon login.
• Email to the address registered to your account.
• Updates to this Terms and Conditions page with a clear effective date.

Continued use of the psy777 platform after the effective date of any changes is considered your acceptance of and agreement to the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
